Our return policy last 30 days, if 30 days has gone by since your purchase unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return all items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received in. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your order. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanges product to reach you may vary. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders Processed ands shipped within 1-3 business days 

PRE-ORDERS

Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation and shipping will be done as normal. 

Refunds will not be issued on our pre-order (Custom items). 

Pre-orders items will all be sent out together once the pre-order is completed.

** Please note if you order in stock items with pre order items the whole order will be held back until the preorder items arrive.
